turning in my macbook for repairs for the third time this year. motherboard, harddisk, keyboard, trackpad, and battery have all been replaced - what's left to fix?!
august '06 so it's taken a solid beating from me by now. i have a hard time letting go of it, though, as the case is 'customized'. but find me a laser-cutter in copenhagen and i'll trade it in for a new any day
my book is back! they've replaced the motherboard and the harddisk for the second time. i'm not going to let go of the spare macbook for a few days, however

this year = "last 12 months" or "2008". If the latter: Double ouch! (as if 3 repairs wasn't ouch enough)
